Gos is a transparent curtain fabric with an architectural focal point at its centre. Across its full 300 cm height, the design unfolds in three distinct zones: a sheer woven base, a luminous patterned section, and a mirrored sheer field above.
The lower and upper sections are crafted from a fine, highly transparent weave that allows natural light and air to circulate freely throughout the room. Between them runs a band of irregular cut-out motifs, created by carefully shearing away thicker yarns from the fabric. What remains is an ultra-fine ground that forms soft, organic light fields within the textile — creating contrast between full transparency and patterned openness.
(Structured from the bottom up: 150 cm sheer weave, followed by a 75 cm patterned cut-out section and completed by 75 cm of transparent weave.)
The motif recalls the natural markings of a giraffe or a turtle’s shell — irregular, fluid and instinctive. Rather than appearing as literal “windows,” these areas read as shifting variations in transparency, adding depth and visual movement to the sheer curtain fabric.
By trimming from the top or bottom, the height of the patterned band can be adjusted, allowing the light-filtering section to sit precisely where it is desired — ideal for tailored window treatments.
