Order Process in Detail
Our ordering process is designed to be clear and straightforward so you always know what is happening:
1. Choose Product & Define Lengths
Select the desired fabric and enter the required length.
If you need multiple pieces (e.g. 1.5 m + 1.5 m), please specify each piece separately.
The more precise your instructions, the better we can accommodate your desired cuts.
2. Add Items to Your Shopping Cart
Add the fabrics with the selected lengths to your cart.
In the cart, you can review or adjust your selection and apply a voucher code if desired.
3. Proceed to Checkout
Click “Proceed to Checkout” to continue.
You may log in, create a new customer account, or use guest checkout.
4. Enter Address Details
Provide your billing and shipping address.
Payment information is entered on the following page.
5. Review & Edit Your Order
On the final order page, you will see a complete summary including:
- Products, lengths, quantities
- Prices, shipping costs, taxes
- Billing & shipping address
- Selected payment and shipping method
All information can be changed directly on this page without leaving checkout.
You will also find links to our Terms & Conditions, Withdrawal Policy,
Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, Payment Information, and Shipping Information.
6. Accept Terms & Complete Purchase
Before placing your order, you must accept the Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Withdrawal Policy.
By clicking “Submit Order” you place a binding, payable order.
7. Order Confirmation via Email
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
your order number, all order details, and the legally required information and documents
(e.g., Terms, Withdrawal Policy, Privacy Notice).

We currently accept the following payment options for all online orders:

- Coming Soon: Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via Stripe
All payments are processed instantly and securely during checkout, so your order can be handled without delay.
Prices & Currency
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT (Value Added Tax).
Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and added at checkout.
