Right of Withdrawal

Sustainability Notice

We give forgotten fabrics a second chance and want to help protect the environment together with you.
Since many of our fabrics are cut to size individually, they often cannot be reused after being returned.
Please make your selections carefully – this helps us make meaningful use of valuable materials and avoid unnecessary returns.
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

Please include your order number and the items concerned. An informal declaration is sufficient.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the purchase price of the returned goods.
Original shipping costs will be refunded proportionally, minus the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.
The refund will be made within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment — whichever occurs first.

4. Returns

You must return the goods to us no later than fourteen days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Returns should, if possible, be sent in the original packaging or in equally secure packaging to prevent transport damage. Damaged returns may reduce the refund amount.
You bear the direct cost of return shipping, unless the goods are defective.

5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:

that are not pre-produced and whose manufacture depends on an individual choice or specification by you,
or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs (e.g., fabrics cut to length or custom-made items).

Individually Cut Goods

Fabrics that are cut to customer specifications (e.g., by the meter) from a larger roll are considered custom-made and are excluded from the right of withdrawal — even if similar lengths are offered as standard products in the shop.

Roll Ends – Up to 1 Extra Meter

To minimize waste, your order may include up to one extra meter of fabric if a matching remainder is available on the roll. This addition is free of charge but is also considered part of the customized cut and excluded from withdrawal.

6. Goodwill Policy

Even in cases where there is no legal right of return:
If you are dissatisfied with your order — for example, due to mix-ups, defects, or misunderstandings — please contact us.
We will carefully review your request and, wherever possible, find a fair and practical solution.

This withdrawal policy applies to contracts with consumers as defined in § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
