Packaging – Responsibility for the Environment and Service

Our parcels carry more than just products — they carry responsibility.

Every order is packaged carefully and with environmental awareness:
We use eco-friendly recycled cardboard for shipping. Depending on the product, we use tissue paper (coming soon) or durable recycled plastic inlays (100% recyclable, made with 30% recycled material).

Our packaging complies with the requirements of the LUCID Packaging Register.

Delivery Area

We currently ship exclusively to Germany.
Coming Soon: Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Germany: €6.95
Coming Soon: Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: €9.95

Delivery Times

Germany: usually about 3–4 business days
Coming Soon: EU neighboring countries: usually about 4–6 business days

Please note that in exceptional cases — such as seasonal peaks, strikes, transport issues, or weather conditions — delivery times may be delayed.

Delivery Delays & Withdrawal

If your order does not arrive within 14 calendar days after you receive your shipping confirmation, you may contact us at any time to set a reasonable grace period for delivery (at least 7 days).

If delivery does not take place within this additional period, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract.

In such cases, we will promptly refund all payments you have made.

Shipping Process

Orders are shipped via standard delivery with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

If delivery is not possible, your parcel will usually be held at a nearby parcel shop for collection.
